Who’s behind Quayside?

Quayside is the latest exciting project from CIC Australia Limited, one of Australia’s most progressive development companies. We have been operating in Canberra since the early 1990s and are the people behind local developments like Jerrabomberra Park, Crace and The Ambassador apartments in Deakin. We also have successful projects in Darwin and Adelaide.

At CIC Australia we think of our work as building communities — and Quayside is our latest community in the making. Its exceptional location, together with our unique approach to planning and design, will provide you with a rewarding lifestyle, while our rigorous quality control will help to ensure that your home here is a sound investment for the future. Quayside has been designed by Cox Humphries Moss, the Canberra arm of The Cox Group Pty Ltd. Philip Cox & Partners was first established in Sydney in 1967 and the Canberra office opened in 1971. The company has developed a reputation for innovative and exciting design and its success has been demonstrated by the numerous national and international awards it has received over the years. Both CIC Australia and Cox Humphries Moss have a firm commitment to sustainable design and development. CIC Australia has developed a documented sustainability management system for various projects, targeting matters of social, economic and environmental sustainability. Cox Moss Humphries see their strong environmental design philosophy as a vital component in creating an identifiable ‘Australian Architecture’ and are constantly upgrading their services to integrate the latest environmentally sensitive design technology. Quayside residents will benefit from this commitment, with the building as a whole and the individual apartments designed to provide a minimum 5 star energy rating.
